Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@barbyshoes.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items marked as "Final Sale"
• Worn or damaged items
• Items without original packaging

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it at no additional cost. Please contact us at support@barbyshoes.shop within 7 days of receiving your order.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
